Dales Park Primary School is
situated in the town of Peterhead. The majority of school pupils
come from the surrounding area. A small number of children live
outside the town, requiring school transport. Pupils normally
transfer to Peterhead Academy at the end of Primary 7.
Dales Park School is an open plan building, built in 1978. The
school is divided into four separate teaching areas. The areas
accommodate the nursery, early stages classes, middle stages classes
and upper stages classes.
Facilities are used by Guides, Brownies and the school football
team. The school has a large grass area and a tarred area at the
rear of the school. A separate car park is available for use by
staff and visitors.
The current pupil roll is around 200.
